I would like to ask about how can I activate the GMB API and link it to my ‘My Business’ site.

To link the API to my ‘My Business’ page is done by completting the Google My Business API: Application Form ?

If I need to acces more than one ‘My Business’ page (about 40 pages of my company) should I complete these appplication form 40 times?

Which type of permissions of the  ‘My Business’ page shoud my account have in order to perform a GET requests and retrieve reviews and additional statistics of the page?

Is it necessary to have a Oauth ID in order to retrieve page reviews and related statistics?

No,  you don’t need to request access for each My Business page. You can request access using a single project ID for your entire application and can access your company’s all location and reviews data using the Google My Business API.

Once your company has a whitelisted project id to use the , you can follow the step-by-step guide on the Google Developers site to learn how to use the for accessing reviews data with the Google My Business API.

In addition, for information about the owners and managers of business accounts, please check out this and for information about the owners and managers of listings, please check out this in the Google My Business Help Center.

If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know and I would be happy to further assist!

So, if I understood it well for the API activation of all of ours My Business locations, I should do it with the manager account that controls every location and in Application Form should I list every location that I want to access or the access will be given to me to all locations that this manager’s account has?

Regarding the data acceess, is it possible to perform a HTTP get/post using Python language in order to retrieve all the reviews of our locations and additional statistics?

Yes, you should do it with the manager account that controls every location. When you submit the form, please answer all questions accurately and in as much detail as possible and provide your company email address (rather than your @gmail.com email address). Any inaccurate information may affect your company’s access to this API.

Yes, it is possible to perform a HTTP get/post using Python language in order to retrieve all the reviews of our locations and additional statistics. But we strongly encourage you to use the we provide when interacting with Google’s OAuth 2.0 endpoints for the security implications of getting the implementation correct.

Please select the appropriate client library from our supported client libraries including Java, C# and PHP for the specific platform that you are developing your application on. General also include Python, Ruby, JavaScript and Objective-C, etc. However, support should be directed to the Support page or Discussion group for the specific Google API Client Library.
