ROAD CLOSURE/ PULEHU RD FIRE: Due to a brush fire, Pūlehu Road is closed between Hansen Road and the Central Maui Landfill. Fire units are currently on scene.
A heavy billow of white smoke could be seen from Central Maui at around 12:39 p.m. The size of the fire and efforts at containment were not yet available.
