work closely with the Marketing Team and Brand Manager on the development and execution of our marketing plans for 15 exclusive IMA brands. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is proactive, eager to learn, positive and passionate about uncovering operator insights / customer trends and creating timely innovative and progressive marketing support.

  • Execute and measure the marketing plans for our 15 exclusive brands
  • Analyze operator trends and information, to help drive effective marketing campaigns, determine operator needs and segment opportunities
  • Develop sales tools, training presentations and collateral materials for our 15 exclusive brands
  • Work with suppliers to translate our products features and benefits into value propositions with supporting marketing plan elements
  • Works with BUDs and Member companies to create messaging targeted to the right audience and executed in the right channels
  • Analyze how our brands are positioned in the market and determine targeted operator insights
  • Expands and develops marketing platform
  • Supports the broader team in the development of presentations to the Sales and Marketing Council

Secondary responsibilities

  • Assistance in development and implementation of the annual marketing plan
  • Supports the Marketing Team as needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in brand management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and presentation skills
  • Creative with the ability to think out of the box
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
  • Brand Management: 2 years
