House speaker Saiki says the University of Hawaii should not manage Mauna Kea anymore

House speaker Saiki said today that the University of Hawaii “must no longer manage Mauna Kea.” He said that UH has not been able to manage Mauna Kea’s cultural practices, resources and education.
