Local cookie maker, Mitzi Toro, owner of The Maui Cookie Lady, is celebrating another nationwide boost.
The Maui Cookie Lady is included in Forbes Holiday Gift Guide 2021: The Best Globally-Inspired Gifts For The Jet-Set Foodie.
The Gift Guide showcases The Maui Cookie Lady’s Egg Nog Rumchata Cookies and highlights their use of local Hawaiian ingredients like lilikoʻi, sea salt, Kona coffee and lychee.
Forbes, a media and publishing company, is among the world’s top providers of business, investing, finance, marketing, lifestyle, and sports news content. It’s magazine reaches 5.8 million readers. The gift guide can be viewed at the Forbes website.
“It’s such a huge honor. There is lots of competition and we are so humbled we were selected” said Toro.
