Over the last year, most of the community has spent a lot of their time at home. That means with spring just around the corner, it’s time to refresh your look and add some new pieces to your wardrobe! HI Now host Kanoe Gibson stopped by Cookies Clothing Company at its new location in Ka Makana Alii to get a look at some of the latest trends.
“We just opened our new location in Ka Makana Alii out in Kapolei and it’s doing phenomenal,” says owner Christina Cook Springmeier. “Our new location is bigger and better, and we are just so happy to be serving the community of the west side.”
In terms of fashion trends for spring, COVID-19 is still a major influence, so casual and comfortable pieces with a little fashion flare will continue to be very popular this season. One popular style you can find at Cookies is its new kimono tunic, which can be worn as a dress or a coverup cardigan.
Cookies is also known for its jumpsuits, and you can continue to find these at the store. This spring, one look in particular features a baby doll ruffle at the neckline is casual, comfy, with just the right amount of detail to keep things interesting. It even has pockets!
Cookies also offers some options you can dress up if you’re looking to head out to a restaurant or small gathering, so be sure to stop by and give your wardrobe a spring refresh!
