Michelle supports leaders at the forefront of content operations and strategy. She has worked and presented extensively on managing organizational change, leading through transformation, and mobilizing strategy. In her spare time, she volunteers her energy and expertise to support leaders of nonprofits and startups in establishing intentional cultures that work in the real world. She completed her Ph.D. in Psychology at Cornell University with a focus in leadership and organizational development. When not deeply entrenched in content operations, she can be found hiking and skiing in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
Zoë serves as a Marketing Manager at Kapost, where she writes long- and short-form content, conducts research, and runs webinars.
