Celebrate National Bubble Tea Day with Teapresso Bar

Posted on April 25, 2021

Updated: September 29, 2022

Need an excuse to grab your favorite boba drink? National Bubble Tea Day is on April 30, 2021! And what better way to celebrate than with a drink from Teapresso? HI Now host Kanoe Gibson and guest host Tumua Tuinei are getting a taste of some new drinks and its freshly brewed-to-order teas.

Teapresso has been a partner with HI Now for over two years. It was founded in 2014 by Steve Nguyen who had a vision of bringing healthier drink alternatives to the Islands. The first Teapresso Bar location opened on Bishop Street in downtown Honolulu, and today there are currently 23 locations across the islands.

Teapresso drinks are also served in ABC Stores on Oahu, Maui, the Big Island and Kauai. And if you’re on the maninland, look out for Teapresso Bar affiliates in Texas, Florida, and Washington.

Teapresso Bar is the first on the Island to offer organic specialty coffees and brewed-to-order boba milk teas with organic and vegan options. Each drink is custom made using natural, fresh local ingredients. In addition to coffee and tea, Teapresso Bar also offers a variety of beverages including organic lemonade, fresh fruit smoothies, and frappes to name a few.

So if you’re looking to grab some boba on the go, don’t forget you can also order your drink online at teapressobar.com or have them delivered!
