The Hawaiʻi Chapter of the American Resort Development Association, which represents the timeshare industry in Hawaiʻi, recently donated a total of $5,000 to two non-profit organizations on Maui.

Maui Food Bank received $2,500 in support of its mission to help feed the hungry in Maui County. As the community’s primary safety net for providing hunger relief to those in need, the Maui Food Bank’s purpose is to collect and distribute food to organizations and agencies to help improve quality of life.

Feed My Sheep also received $2,500 from ARDA-Hawaiʻi. This mobile food distribution program provides groceries to those in need. The organization also extends emotional support by offering a listening ear and prayer as an expression of love.
